– Assisted a leading bank in Romania as seller on the disposal of its shares in an insurance company, including representation during the entire process of negotiation, drawing up documents and finalization of the sale of the shares

– Assisted a company active in textiles and interior design accessories in connection with the acquisitions of the Romanian production unit of a renowned Belgian manufacturer of polyurethane foam products, as well as on the supply agreement to govern parties’ future cooperation

– Assisted a Nederland based holding company providing insurance and pension services in CEE and CIS in the entire process of selling an insurance company to another company, including assisted in front of the Competition Council in respect of the notification of the economic concentration on the insurance market, pursuant to said sale; project value: EUR 70 million

– Assisted the minority shareholders of two companies active in the natural gas distribution/supply on regional markets in Romania (holding 5% of the share capital of each company) in their exit from the two energy companies; the firm had also assisted the shareholders in selling their majority package in said companies

– Assisted a major independent international private equity group on the share deal for the sell of the client’s minority share in a Hotel company (30% of the share capital of the target company), a transaction aimed at an exit from said investment
