– Assisted an international financial institution that supports projects from central Europe to central Asia in front of the courts in a litigation case related to the ownership over the plot of land used by a major five star hotel in Bucharest

– Assisted a specialist non-life insurance company on the acquisition of the client’s headquarters, termination of the existing lease agreement and the whole relocation process

– Assisted one of the most active retail park developers on the Romanian market in obtaining a loan for the purpose of financing the first development phase of the client’s sixth retail park in Romania; project value: EUR 10 million

– Assisted a real estate developer in the process of obtaining necessary zoning and planning and permits for development of a residential project in Bucharest city centre; services include advice on administrative procedures and in relation with the public authorities, assisted in the resolution of various disputes with ngos intervening in the procedures as civil society’s representatives, as well as in disputes with the authorities; real estate project development, negotiating and drafting pre-sale-purchase and sale-purchase agreements

– Assisted a multinational consulting, technology and management services company on negotiating the agreements regarding the lease and fit-out of the working points in Suceava and Iasi; work rendered included obtaining all necessary corporate approvals, drafting and/or negotiating the lease agreement and the ancillary contracts for the office furnishing and fit-out, and making the necessary registrations with the Romanian authorities
