– Assisted a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company on all legal issues pertaining to letting space in a new office building in Timisoara in excess of 1,000 sqm; work rendered included obtaining all necessary corporate approvals, drafting and/or negotiating the lease agreement and the ancillary contracts for the office furnishing and fit-out, and making the necessary registrations with the Romanian authorities

– Assisted a real estate developer as borrower on obtaining a credit facility aimed at financing the first development stage of a 2,500 unit residential project developed by the client in the Western part of Bucharest; project value: EUR 43 million

– Assisted one of the most active retail park developers on the Romanian market as seller in the client’s second real estate project exit on the local market – the sale of a 140,000 sqm Retail Park developed by the client in Targu Mures; project value: EUR 90 million

– Assisted one of the largest real estate developers in Europe as landlord on the negotiation and drawing up of more than 180 lease agreements for a commercial center in Cluj, developed by the client, with an area of approximately 70,000 sqm

– Assisted an energy equipment producer in front of the courts in a series of litigation cases for the recovery of real estates under specific legislation regarding the properties nationalized during the communist regime
