– Assisted a German global banking and financial services company with data protection compliance and registration procedures with the Romanian Data Protection Authority of a new technology center in Romania.

– Assisted a leading client-centric global universal bank with a presence in more than 70 countries with compliance assessments regarding the use of employees’ private data, up to complex issues regarding the monitoring of their work activity.

– Assisted a subsidiary of a German based telecommunications company delivering professional and administrative HR services with data protection law and practice including assistance in regard to the notification of personal data of the employees to the Romanian Data Protection Authority, revision of data protection clauses of the contracts with external suppliers and publishing of the personal data of the employees on social and professional networks.

– Assisted the subsidiary of a German based telecommunications company delivering professional and administrative HR services with a variety of legal matters in connection with the client’s day-to-day business activity, including employment matters, data privacy, general commercial, contracts and real estate.

– Assisted the Romanian subsidiary of a world leading American based chemical company, providing innovative products and services for agriculture, constructions, communications and transport on all aspects of data protection law and practice, including obtaining and updating the registration as data controller; preparing memoranda in connection with various data protection issues.
