– Assisted a multinational consulting, technology and management services company with compliance assessments regarding the use of employees’ private data, up to complex issues regarding the monitoring of their work activity; assisting with submission of various notification with the Romanian Data Protection Authority.
– Assisted a Romanian subsidiary of German-based professional training group with a variety of employment matters, including professional training services agreements, agreements for mediation of workforce placement, intra-group cooperation agreements, transfer of employees, as well as on data privacy aspects.
