– Assisted a major international law firm, active globally, acting on behalf of one of its clients – a world leading American-based multinational technology company – during the process of said company’s relocation into a Bucharest office building, including due diligence on the new premises and legal assisted in the negotiations with the landlord and constructors

– Assisted a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company on all legal issues pertaining to letting space in a new office building in Timisoara by sub-letting office spaces in excess of 1,000 sqm; work rendered included obtaining all necessary corporate approvals, drafting and/or negotiating the lease agreement and the ancillary contracts for the office furnishing and fit-out, and making the necessary registrations with the Romanian authorities

– Assisted a multinational consulting, technology and management services company on negotiating the agreements regarding the lease and fit-out of the headquarters in Bucharest, with a surface of approx. 1,500 sqm; work rendered included obtaining all necessary corporate approvals, and/or making the necessary registrations with the Romanian authorities

– Assisted one of the most active retail park developers on the Romanian market as buyer in the acquisition of a real estate property of roughly 22.5 ha located in the center of Ramnicu Valcea city, by a complex share deal; project value: EUR 23 million

– Assisted a global marketing research company on the negotiation and conclusion of the lease agreement regarding the client’s company headquarters located in an office building in the North of Bucharest; work rendered included obtaining all necessary corporate approvals and making the necessary registrations with the Romanian authorities
