– Assisted one of the most active retail park developers on the Romanian market as seller of a Retail Park in Braila developed by the client, a transaction publicly recognized as the real estate transaction of the year 2009 in Romania; the firm has also assisted throughout all phases of this real estate project, from land acquisition to assisted during the retail park development; project value: EUR 63 million

– Assisted the local subsidiary of a financial services company as lessee, preparing and negotiating the office space lease agreement for the client’s headquarters

– Assisted the client in a litigation case for the recovery of a property nationalized during the communist regime, owned by the client; this was a highly disputed case, involving claims from three alleged heirs

– Assisted a private equity fund, part of a Swedish group in the acquisition of a land plot of 5 hectares in the center of Bucharest, which the media deems to be the largest land acquisition in this city in a two years period; project value: EUR 34.6 million

– Assisted a real estate developer on all legal matters pertaining to the construction, under FIDIC terms of a residential and commercial project developed by the client in the South part of Bucharest; project value: EUR 30 million
