– Assisted local and multinational companies active in a variety of industries in public procurement procedures organized in the road infrastructure area (under FIDIC rules), including tender documentation analysis and preparing risk matrix for the client, assisted in preparing the offer, negotiations with sub-contractors

– Assisted the municipality of one of Bucharest’s administrative districts on structuring and approval of the thermal rehabilitation program of a few hundred blocks of flats and on all legal matters in connection with a series of public procurement procedures organized by the municipality for the purpose of awarding contracts for the purpose of achieving its objectives under the thermal rehabilitation program; rendered services included assisted on compliance matters under Romanian specific legislation, assisted on designing and conducting the procurement

– Assisted a medical equipment manufacturer in a litigation case against a Romanian State-owned Company, related to a bid organized for the purpose of awarding a purchase agreement for fluorescent lamps

– Advised a Romanian Heat and Power Association acting as the representative of 21 thermal power plants with respect to a foreign syndicated loan; the firm’s assignments included revising and drafting of the loan documentation, assisted within the negotiation process, drafting of legal opinion on the matter, carrying out of the notification procedure with the Competition Council

– Advised a Romanian Heat and Power Association acting as the representative of 20 thermal power plants in connection with a foreign syndicated loan; the loan was backed by state guarantees and was destined to supply the 20 thermal plants with the fuel necessary for winter heating production; the firm’s assignments included drafting and reviewing the whole lending documentation, assisted throughout the negotiation process, drafting the documentation required for the notification with the Competition Council, as well as drafting of
