– Assisted a company active in the product areas of nuclear service, nuclear technology, magnet technology and environmental technology in preparing and submission of the offer, in the complaints filed by other bidders in front of NCSC and the competent courts of law and in the negotiation and conclusion of the public contract, all in relation with the tender for award of the works contract for construction of a desulphurization installation; project value: EUR 76.5 million

– Advised a local BPO services company in the tender organized by the Romanian Official Gazette for the award of a public procurement contract for performance of text interpretation services and text correction for printing

– Assisted a company active in the product areas of nuclear service, nuclear technology, magnet technology and environmental technology in all complaints and legal claims filed in relation with the award of the public contract in the tender for the award of the works contract for construction of desulphurization installation

– Assisted a leading global maritime services company for preparing complaints in front of NCSC and representation in front of the competent courts of law in relation with all litigation files in the public tender organized for the award of the works contract for protection and rehabilitation of the Romanian sea coast; project value: approximately EUR 100 million

– Assisted a state owned national company active in the construction and operation of the Romanian motorways and roads infrastructure in drafting, revising and negotiating the PPP contracts concluded by the client for the construction of A section of the Bucharest – Brasov Motorway; the Romanian State authorities were provided with legal advice concerning compliance of the PPP contracts with the Romanian PPP legislation; the contracts were signed in 2004 and they were not implemented by the Government
