– Assisted a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company, acting as bidder, in a series of procurement procedures organized by major companies for the award of consultancy services and implementation of customized software solutions in the banking, energy and telecommunications sectors; rendered services cover assisted in preparing and submitting the offer, assisted in negotiating the contractual clauses and on concluding the services agreement with the respective beneficiaries

– Assisted a leading global software, consulting services and global strategic sourcing provider on a series of legal matters related to the client’s business activity, including general corporate and employment issues

– Assisted the public procurement committee of a Romanian state-owned operator during the procedure organized by it for the purpose of awarding a contract aimed at the client’s purchasing a management software application (human resources, commercial, operational etc.), customized for postal services; rendered services included assisted in the negotiation of the collaboration terms and conditions following said award to the selected provider; project value: EUR 6 million

– Provided an UK based law firm, acting for one of its clients – a world leading American-based multinational technology company, with advice on consumer protection related matters in connection with one of Microsoft’s products

– Assisted a Romanian state-owned operator, as major shareholder in a Telecom company, holding 80% of the company’s shares, in the privatization process of the said; services covered the preparation of bid documentation, counsel on the transfer of shares and the negotiation of the transaction terms and post-closing conditions; project value: EUR 12 million
