– Assisted a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company on a complex cross-border bank outsourcing project initiated in Romania, Serbia, Ukraine and Bulgaria, aimed at a major bank outsourcing its IT services to the client under a 10 years contract; the assistance included advice on the transaction structuring, contract preparation and regulatory matters in the bank outsourcing sector, as well as advice on employment, data protection and competition aspects

– Assisted one of the most important companies on the IT system integrators market in Romania on various corporate and commercial legal matters in connection with the client’s business activity and intended investments, including transfer of shares, general corporate amendments, group companies incorporation

– Assisted a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company on the conclusion and/or localization of commercial alliance agreements with major international providers of IT equipment and complex software solutions for the provision of complete specific services

– Assisted an important integrated telecommunications services provider active on the Romanian market on the entire acquisition process of the most significant operators of alternative voice services for corporate customers; rendered services also included assisted on merger clearance, with special attention required because of past acquisitions
