– Assisted a central public regulatory authority for telecommunications and informatics services in several court cases related to the interconnection tariffs between network operators and initiated by major and regular network operators claiming either the increase or the decrease of the tariffs according to each specific interest

– Assisted the first GSM network in Romania on debt recovery issues pertaining to overdue client accounts, with over 10,000 client accounts managed each year, for more than 5 years; rendered services included assessing the optimal legal procedures for debt recovery, from notice sending, representation in court files, insolvency procedures and enforcement procedure, while implementing the best legal approach such that to ensure high collection rates

– Assisted a major US based sports equipment company in a dispute regarding an opposition to the registration of a similar trademark, settled in favor of the client by the Romanian State Office for Inventions and Trademark

– Represented a major developer and manufacturer of metal products in a litigation case regarding the insolvency procedure initiated against a debtor company, pertaining to the recovery of a debt of approximately EUR 700,000

– Assisted a major developer and manufacturer of metal products in front of the courts in a series of litigation cases for the recovery of delivered and unpaid merchandise
