– Assisted the leading Romanian cable TV operator and a major broadband internet and alternative voice services provider in two unfair competition related litigation cases concerning the transmission of TV programs under a registered trademark

– Assisted the Romanian subsidiary of a Japanese automotive company in a product liability claim filed against the client, with a favorable final court decision ruled by the Romanian courts, as well as assisted in negotiations in a series of claims filed by end users, all amicably settled with the claimants

– Assisted the leading Romanian cable TV operator and a major broadband internet and alternative voice services provider in front of Romanian courts in a series of more than 20 litigation cases regarding alleged breach of consumer protection regulations, cases initiated by the Romanian Customers Protection Agency following customers’ complaints against the client

– Assisted the premier self storage service provider in CEE in the insolvency procedure initiated against it by a contractual partner operating on the constructions market for the recovery of an alleged debt in the range of hundreds of thousands of EUR
