Assisted a subsidiary of one of the so called Big Four commercial banks in Ireland as lender in connection with financing equipment acquisitions performed by two Romanian companies, a metal constructions company and a telecommunications constructions company; rendered services included due diligence on the borrowers, negotiating and drawing up the finance documents and the security documents and assisting on the necessary formalities with the Electronic Archive and other public records involved in registering the securities

Assisted one of the leading integrated electronic communication service providers in Romania as the borrower on negotiating and drafting the finance documents for obtaining a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, to be used for the acquisition by the client of a TV-cable company and developing of its TV, telephony and internet network
