Assisted an international financial institution that supports projects from central Europe to central Asia, the largest financial investor in its region of operations, as lender in negotiating and drafting the finance documents in connection with the client’s granting a loan; project value: EUR 16 million

Assisted an international financial institution of Dutch origin, active in the fields of banking, insurance and asset management as lender in reviewing the corporate and finance documentation of the largest media group on the Romanian market, in connection with the restructuring of a term facility granted by the client.

Assisted the third largest brewery in Romania in negotiating and drafting the finance documents for obtaining a loan from a Dutch bank, to be used for improving the production capacity of the three breweries included in the portfolio, including handling the formalities related to securing the loan

Assisted an independent agency of the United States Government that mobilizes U.S. private sector investment in new and emerging markets overseas, and a large European Bank as lenders in connection with the financing granted by the clients to a Romanian company, including preparation and review of the financing documents, negotiation of the necessary security documents and representation in court in the bankruptcy proceedings related to the enforcement of the security documents
