– Assisted a Romanian bank based in Bucharest in the intended roads infrastructure financing in total amount of RON 30 million

– Assisted a state owned national company active in the construction and operation of the Romanian motorways and roads infrastructure in connection with six individual projects aimed at the expropriation of more than 1,600 real estates located in the Western part of Romania and consisting of land and forests, for the purpose of widening a section of approximately 80 km of a national road and building bypass of Sacuieni city; the Firm is the consortium leader in these projects, coordinating

– Assisted a state owned national company active in the construction and operation of the Romanian motorways and roads infrastructure and provided local expertise for drafting, revising and negotiating the PPP contracts concluded by the client for the construction of Comarnic – Predeal section of the Bucharest – Brasov Motorway; the Romanian State authorities were provided with legal advice concerning compliance of the PPP contracts with the Romanian PPP legislation

– Assisted a medical equipment manufacturer in a litigation case against a Romanian State-owned Company, related to a tender organized for the purpose of awarding a purchase agreement for fluorescent lamps

– Assisted one of Romania’s most important EPC contractors in the public procurement procedure organized by a major Romanian energy supplier for the purpose of awarding a EUR 64 million (plus VAT) contract, as well as in the contestation procedures in front of NCSC and the litigation files in front of the Romanian courts related to the said award
