Assisted a Romanian power plant in a project aimed at the retrofit and switch from fossil coal to biomass firing of a CHP, namely two of the four blocks of the power station were reshaped to biomass firing with an increase in power capacity of 50 MW; main activities were drafting of the main agreements for the setting up and operation of the Project company, review and negotiation of the financing documents, legal counselling regarding the energy regulatory framework and PPP regime
