– Assisted a multinational consulting, technology and management services company on negotiating the agreements regarding the lease and fit-out of the headquarters in Bucharest, with a surface of approx. 1,500 sqm; work rendered included obtaining all necessary corporate approvals, and/or making the necessary registrations with the Romanian authorities
– Assisted the leader on the Romanian market of pharmaceuticals distributors on the company’s distribution network expansion on the Romanian, Bulgarian, Ukrainean and Russian market
– Assisted the Romanian non-alcoholic beverages market leader and its mineral water division on corporate matters related to their day-to-day business activity; rendered services include drafting distribution agreements, customer service, assisted in relation with the shareholders
– Assisted a company specialized in air transport communications and IT solutions on a variety of corporate and commercial legal matters
– Assisted a large insurance group in restructuring its Romanian subsidiary by transformation in a branch through a cross-border merge
