– Assisted a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company on all legal issues pertaining to letting space in a new office building in Timisoara in excess of 1,000 sqm; work rendered included obtaining all necessary corporate approvals, drafting and/or negotiating the lease agreement and the ancillary contracts for the office furnishing and fit-out, and making the necessary registrations with the Romanian authorities

– Assisted the leading manufacturer of wood-based panel and associated products on various legal matters related to the client’s day-to-day business activity; services include assisted on corporate matters, raw material acquisition agreements, specific agreements concluded with local and foreign business partners, representation before local public authorities etc

– Assisted the leader on the Romanian market of pharmaceuticals distributors on general corporate and commercial matters related to the client’s day-to-day business activity including pharmaceuticals and cosmetics distribution agreements, regulatory issues, competition matters

– Assisted the transaction automation market leader in Eastern Europe and a major IT&C solution provider and developer in negotiating the lease agreement for offices

– Assisted the global leader in water, hygiene and energy technologies and services in the negotiation and signing of a services agreement for the outsourcing of the operational maintenance and operation of a Water Management Service
