– Assisted the shareholders of a major pharmaceuticals producer in the sale of their shares in the company to a Slovenian company

– Assisted a management company of closed-end funds on a cross-border share deal involving the shares of an Italian-based company holding controlling stakes in two Romanian-based entities involved in the manufacture of plastic tableware for households and the catering and restaurant sector and the manufacture of lifting and handling equipment; rendered services included due diligence investigations on the two Romanian targets, determining the potential competition implications of the transaction, providing continued advice up to the closing of the transaction

– Assisted an energy company in connection with the acquisition of shares in two local entities held by an independent principal investor and private equity advisor focused on investments within Central and Eastern Europe

– Assisted one of the most active retail park developers on the Romanian market as seller in the client’s first real estate project exit on the Romanian market – the sale to a British investments fund of an approximately 50,000 sqm Retail Park (the first investment of the client on the Romanian market, and the first largest retail park in Transylvania); project value: EUR 60 million
