– Assisted an integrated media and entertainment company and its subsidiary in the disposal of shares in the leader on the Romanian mobile phone operators market

– Acted as monitoring agent appointed by the Romanian Competition Council of the implementation of commitments undertaken by a major telecommunications company and its distributors for the purpose of finalizing an investigation conducted by Romanian Competition Council; while finalizing investigations by commitments undertaking is yet a novelty on the Romanian market, this project was an important cornerstone in developing this market practice

– Assisted a leading global software, consulting services and global strategic sourcing provider, acting as beneficiary, in the process for selecting a provider for building and implementing a custom corporate travel booking solution; the selected provider was the world’s leading supplier of IT solutions that enable success in the travel and tourism industry
