– Advised the second TV cable operator in Romania in negotiating and drawing up the documents related to improving the TV, telephony and internet network with financial support from EBRD.
– Advised a telecom company in the purchasing of 100% of the largest alternative telecom operator in Central Europe, from a banking syndicate, including due diligence on specific corporate and other legal issues of two local target companies, during the international acquisition of the group.
– Advised the second largest GSM operator in Romania, with a market share of approximately 40%, before the competition authorities with respect to several categories of franchise agreements and distribution agreements.
