– Acted as Romanian counsel for a private equity funds consortium in relation to the regional acquisition from a telecommunication and software solutions provider of a leading provider of integrated telecommunications services in Central and Eastern Europe. Services included advice on general corporate matters, as well as in relation to the EUR 200 million financing of the leverage take-over and assistance on the Romanian security package and intra-group loans restructuring.
