– Assisted the Romanian subsidiary of one of the most important insurance companies in Germany on a series of competition legal matters, including assisted in investigations conducted by the Romanian Competition Council, implementing a competition compliance program following a prior assessment, conducting an audit of existing business practices across various business lines, preparing key findings report and implementing recommendations (as the case), defining antitrust policies and manual, designing and implementing training programs for employees and management

– Assisted the Romanian subsidiary of one of the most important insurance companies in Germany on various employment matters such as individual performance objectives, employees’ representatives, professional trainings, compliance assessments, assisted in a series of employment litigation cases

– Assisted a Romanian insurance company on legal matters specific to the client’s activity, also covering corporate and commercial issues, including court representation in litigation cases against the company’s minority shareholders
