– Assisted a Romanian leasing company on a broad spectrum of legal issues from day-to-day corporate activity to a mix of disputes involving debt recovery (including 19 bankruptcy files), insurance claims, buy-back and indemnification claims

– Representation a major developer and manufacturer of metal products of a metal products manufacturer and developer active on the Romanian market in a litigation case regarding the insolvency procedure initiated against a debtor company, pertaining to the recovery of a debt of approximately EUR 700,000

– Assisted a contact center for the recovery of a debt amounting to approximately EUR 500,000 from a debtor who opened a voluntary insolvency procedure initiated for reorganization purposes; rendered services included registration with the statement of affairs in the procedure, as well as representation in the creditors’ meetings

– Assisted a Romanian State entity in a litigation regarding the insolvency procedure initiated against a debtor company, pertaining to the recovery of a debt in the range of tens of million EUR

– Assisted a company managing all the tire businesses of two major brands throughout the European Joint Venture territory on various legal matters related to the client’s day-to-day business activity, including corporate and commercial, competition, financing, insolvency
