– Assisted a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company as lessee in negotiating and reviewing the lease agreement in connection with an office space for the client’s new opening of a working point

– Assisted a major IT solutions company on the negotiation and conclusion of the lease agreement regarding the client’s company headquarters located in a complex office building located north of Bucharest; work rendered included obtaining all necessary corporate approvals, drafting and/or negotiating the lease agreement and the ancillary contracts for the office furnishing and fit-out, and making the necessary registrations with the Romanian authorities

– Assisted a subsidiary of a German based telecommunications company on negotiating the agreements regarding the sub-lease and fit-out of office spaces; work rendered included obtaining all necessary corporate approvals, drafting and/or negotiating the lease agreement and the ancillary contracts for the office furnishing and fit-out, and making the necessary registrations with the Romanian authorities

– Assisted an important component of the Romanian insurance disasters program with legal counselling for the establishment of the Insurance Pool against Disasters (PAID), part of a governmental program aimed at setting out the framework for the operation of national wide mandatory home insurance against earthquakes, landslides or floods

– Assisted an UK-based performance materials company on corporate matters related to the client’s project for changing the name of a Romanian company
