– Assisted a subsidiary of a German based telecommunications company on a variety of legal matters in connection with the client’s day-to-day business activity, including employment matters, data privacy, general commercial, contracts and real estate

– Assisted the Romanian subsidiary of a Japanese automotive company on various legal matters related to the client’s day-to-day business activity; services include corporate matters, drafting distribution agreements, marketing agreements, service agreements, specific showroom construction related agreements, representation in relation with car dealers; assisted on employment aspects, including a variety of legal matters regarding the processing, use and international transfer of their employees’ private dat

– Assisted a Romanian insurance company on legal matters specific to the client’s activity, also covering corporate and commercial issues, including court representation in litigation cases against the company’s minority shareholders

– Assisted a multinational consulting, technology and management services company on negotiating the agreements regarding the lease and fit-out of working points; work rendered included obtaining all necessary corporate approvals, drafting and/or negotiating the lease agreement and the ancillary contracts for the office furnishing and fit-out, and making the necessary registrations with the Romanian authorities
