– Assisted a major IT solutions company on all legal issues pertaining to moving the company’s premises to a new office building located in the West of Bucharest by letting in excess of 2,000 sqm office; service rendered included obtaining all necessary corporate approvals, drafting and/or negotiating the lease agreement and the ancillary contracts for the office furnishing and fit-out, and making the necessary registrations with the Romanian authorities

– Assisted an insurance group with global operations in their due-diligence investigation towards an insurance company and in the formulation of a binding offer for acquisition

– Assisting companies active in energy trade and optimization of electricity consumption in the increase of the company’s share capital by EUR 10.5 million made by cash contribution; rendered services included drafting of the documents required for the implementation of the operations related to the share capital increase, client’s representation before the relevant authorities for the registration of the share capital increase and notification of the share capital increase to the competent energy authorities

– Assisted one of Romania’s most important EPC contractors on a series of legal projects specific to the client’s activity, also covering assisted on corporate matters

– Assisted companies active in energy trade and optimization of electricity consumption in connection with the group’s business activity in Romania; rendered services include regulatory (electricity trading license extension, registration with the Romanian Gas and Electricity Market Operator – OPCOM), corporate matters (transfer or shares, company dissolution, seat relocation – lease including, directors appointment, share capital increases), contracts, tax consultancy (general matters, VAT reimbursement)
