– Assisted the global leader in the supply of systems, components and services in the area of water and wastewater technology in the amicable procedure for recovery of receivables as subcontractor within a public procurement contract
– Assisted a multi-brand automotive dealer in connection with the restructuring of its entire distribution network in Romania and Moldova (including prior competition due diligence, preparing contractual framework, negotiations with dealers and agents)
