– Assisted one of Romania’s most important EPC contractors in the public procurement procedure organized by a major Romanian energy supplier for the purpose of awarding a EUR 64 million (plus VAT) contract, as well as in the contestation procedures in front of NCSC and the litigation files in front of the Romanian courts related to the said award

– Assisted a Flemish real estate developer on the acquisition of over 19 ha of land pursuant to full real estate due diligence investigation regarding the property located in the developing areas surrounding Bucharest, as well as during the negotiations with the lenders and constructors and drawing up the related documents concerning the development of the acquired land area
