– Assisted private investors active in the constructions field in an arbitration case filed against the said clients in front of Vienna International Arbitral Centre for claims arising from alleged breach of the sale and purchase agreement afferent to a share deal regarding a major metal constructions company; project value: EUR 8 milion

– Assisted a subsidiary one of the so called Big Four commercial banks in Ireland as lender in connection with financing equipment acquisitions performed by two Romanian companies; rendered services included due diligence on the borrowers, negotiating and drawing up the finance documents and the security documents and assisting on the necessary formalities with the Electronic Archive and other public records involved in registering the securities
