– Provided a subsidiary of a French multinational company with tax assistance including analysis and solutions to specific matters related to a railway rehabilitation project

– Assisted a company active in the product areas of nuclear service, nuclear technology, magnet technology and environmental technology in all phases of public procurement procedures organized by major Romanian energy companies, as well as in the complaints filed in front of the National Council for Solving Complaints (NCSC) and the litigation files pursued in front of the Romanian courts related to the said awards, in cases worth more than EUR 300 million (major projects outlined in this section)

– Assisted one of the largest international concession and construction groups in public procurement procedures organized in the road infrastructure area (under FIDIC rules), including tender documentation analysis and preparing risk matrix for the client, assisted in preparing the offer, negotiations with sub-contractors

– Assisted the Romanian non-alcoholic beverages market leader during the procedure of direct settlement of disputes with a major construction company of the Prahova County

– Assisted one of the most active retail park developers on the Romanian market on all construction related legal matters in connection with the client’s real estate development projects in Romania, estimated to a total investment of over EUR 500 million
