Assisted an important European development center, involving multi-disciplinary teams advising on corporate, employment, tax, compliance, contracts etc in projects starting with setting up the technology center in Romania and successfully obtaining a State aid incentive to current other day-to-day related matters

Assisted the Romanian subsidiary of an IT services provider company based in Germany on various legal matters including complex employment matters related to its presence in Romania, including fiscal and tax implications of granting different benefits/bonuses to employees as well as compliance of internal documentation with legislative changes and representation of the client in front of labor authorities and in Court
