– Assisted an industrial goods and metal fabrication company manufacturing cast metal parts for use in the aerospace, industrial, defense, and automotive industries, in front of the Competition Council in respect of the notification of the economic concentration on the aerospace market, pursuant to an international acquisition

– Assisted the second largest bank in Romania in terms of banking assets, held by one of the most important banking groups in the Euro zone, in the first bank assurance partnership concluded with an Insurance company, the legal work involving drawing up and filing of the notification with the Competition Council towards obtaining partnership clearance under the competition rules

– Assisted the central institution of an Austrian Banking Group in front of the Competition Council, in respect of the notification of the economic concentration on the banking market, pursuant to an international acquisition

– Assisted an integrated, global agribusiness and food company operating in the farm-to-consumer food chain and Europe’s oldest energy company in front of the Competition Council in connection with the notification of the economic concentration on the food market, following an international acquisition of a stake in a French food oil company aimed at increasing the buyer’s share of the European soybean market

– Assisted an American based international law firm, and one of the largest consumer electronics firms in the world on the Romanian competition issues in respect of the notification of the economic concentration on the electronics market, related to an international transaction
