Assisted the world leader in water services in front of the Competition Council in respect of the notification of the economic concentration on the public services market, pursuant to the establishment of a company between a private Group (80%) and the Local Council of a city (20%), the beneficiary of the concession of the public infrastructure for water distribution and the collection of used water in said city

Assisted the world’s most international tobacco group in reviewing contracts in connection with the client’s commercialization and promotion of cigarettes, with a particular focus on ensuring compliance with competition and tobacco legislation

Assisted one of the largest banks on the Romanian market in terms of assets, acting as buyer, in connection with the attempted acquisition of all Romanian operations of Bank of Cyprus, including full due diligence investigations, assessment of merger control implications and transaction assisted (including transaction structuring in consideration of the competition related implications)

Assisted a Nederland based holding company providing insurance and pension services in Central and Eastern Europe and CIS in front of the Competition Council in respect of the notification of the economic concentration on the insurance market, pursuant to the acquisition of the major insurance a Romanian insurance company (holding a market share between 7% to 37%, depending on the class of the insurance policies)

Assisted a casing, tubing, drill pipe and line pipe supplier to the oil & gas industry in front of the Competition Council in respect of the notification of the economic concentration on the pipes manufacturing market, pursuant to opening the investigation against an International company, which intended to acquire three Romanian pipe manufacturing companies including legal support during the investigation proceedings, public hearings and court representation
