– Assisted a company acting in the food industry in preparing the necessary documentation for the privatization of a major company acting in the meat industry, including preparing the technical and the financial offer, conducting due diligence investigations and provided with reports on corporate and other legal issues related to the company, in view of the latter’s intended acquisition from the romanian authority for the recovery of state assets
