– Assisted a financial group in the ongoing court case initiated by a former employee whose employment was terminated by the client under job restructuring proceedings. Afferent claims refer to the annulment of the dismissal decision, resuming of the employment rapports and moral damages in the range of hundred thousands of euro

– Assisted local and multinational companies active in a variety of industries on employment-related issues during the due diligence processes carried out with respect to the target companies, including analysis of individual and bargaining labor contracts, relevant employment legislation (especially those regarding rights of the employees, redundancies and dismissals)

– Assisted the romanian subsidiary of a german-based professional training group on a variety of employment matters, including professional training services agreements, agreements for mediation of workforce placement, intra-group cooperation agreements, transfer of employees, as well as on data privacy aspects

– Assisted local and multinational companies active in a variety of industries on a series of dismissal proceedings, preparing and negotiating the transaction documents in view of the amicable settlement of potential labor disputes; court assisted in relevant employment termination litigation on behalf of either the former employer or former employees

– Assisted a turkey-based flat glass producer on employment matters regarding the client’s business activity, including advice on employment mandatory provisions under romanian legislation
