– Assisted a Romanian city’s urban administrative division as contracting body in the tender organized for the opening and operation of a new landfill at ecological standards; rendered services included preparing and analyzing the technical and financial conditions of the bidders by reference to the feasibility study and conditions stated in the project agreement, assisted in negotiations of the contractual terms with each of the investors, legal counseling offered to the municipality with respect to the offers’ risks and advantages

– Assisted a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company, acting as bidder, in a series of procurement procedures organized by major companies for the award of consultancy services and implementation of customized software solutions in the banking, energy and telecommunications sectors; rendered services cover assisted in preparing and submitting the offer, assisted in negotiating the contractual clauses and on concluding the services agreement with the respective beneficiaries

– Assisted a Project Company for the realization of a cogeneration group. This project is carried out under no state guarantee or mandatory PPA agreements and is intended to increase the power capacity of a power company from 8 MW to 13 MW in compliance with reduced emission standards

– Assisted a Cyprus based energy company in the process of negotiation for a concession agreement with Compania Nationala Administratia Porturilor Dunarii, supporting the client in its endeavors to appraise the legal status of the specific concession regime and the real estate issues related to the oil import and distribution operation

– Assisted the Romanian subsidiary of a medical equipment company for the purpose of identifying the best bidding solutions in relation to various public procurement procedures, as well as in the response to clarifications, obtaining necessary documentation to be submitted, assisted in complaints in front of NCSC and litigation files in front of the Romanian courts related to a series of such procedures with the object of purchase of medical equipment (RMN, computer tomography), especially organized by Romanian public hospitals;
