– Assisted the Romanian subsidiary of a worldwide company specialized in complex plant construction, industrial services, apparatus engineering, electrical instrumentation and control technology, energy and environmental technology and oilfield service in winning a public tender organized by a major oil and gas company; rendered services included successful representation in front of NCSC and the Romanian courts of justice; project value: EUR 39 million

– Assisted one of Romania’s most important EPC contractors in the public procurement procedure organized by a major Romanian energy supplier for the purpose of awarding a EUR 64 million (plus VAT) contract, as well as in the contestation procedures in front of NCSC and the litigation files in front of the Romanian courts related to the said award

– Advised one of Romania’s most important EPC contractors on the modernization and rehabilitation of a thermal plant (CHP), a project developed in partnership with the Buzau municipality and the local authorities, providing customized solutions concerning the public authorities’ position and the investor’s interests, PPP terms and conditions, and any related implications

– Assisted the global leader in the supply of systems, components and services in the area of water and wastewater technology in the amicable procedure for recovery of receivables as subcontractor within a public procurement contract

– Assisted a member company of a Spanish-based group, acting as bidder, in a series of public procurement procedures organized by Romanian contracting bodies; ; rendered services have covered advice on various public procurement aspects, as well as assisted in court in litigation cases arising in connection with such procedures and contracts; project value: EUR 155 million for the motorway project and EUR 978 million for the railway project
