– Assisted the largest pharmacy chain in Romania in front of the Competition Council in respect of the notification of the economic concentration on the pharmaceuticals market, pursuant to the acquisition of 29 pharmaceutical companies

– Assisted the most active private equity fund in Poland in connection with their transaction for acquiring the Romanian subsidiaries of a polymer products manufacturer; rendered services include conducting due diligence investigations on the group’s Romanian subsidiary, as well as legal advice on Romanian legislation in connection with the transaction

– Assisted the largest pharmacy chain in Romania in the acquisition of 33 pharmacies, including advice during the due diligence investigation, negotiation of the transaction documents, closing and post-closing matters, as well as clearance with the Competition Council

– Assisted an international energy company operating along the entire value chain, from generation, trading, transmission and distribution to sales in connection with the client’s intended acquisition of a 45 MW wind project in Romania; rendered services included performing due diligence investigations on the project company and delivering the relevant report, as well as a thorough assessment of the alternative investment options for the client
