– Assisted a major IT solutions company on negotiating the agreements regarding the lease and fit-out of the headquarters in Bucharest, with a surface of approx. 1,500 sqm; work rendered included obtaining all necessary corporate approvals, drafting and negotiating the lease agreement and the ancillary contracts for the office furnishing and fit-out, and making the necessary registrations with the Romanian authorities

– Assisted the Romanian non-alcoholic beverages market leader on the acquisition of a 1.8 ha land plot to be used for extending the client’s production facility, including due diligence investigations on the real estate, negotiation of the acquisition documents with the owners, rezoning the land and fulfilling related formalities in front of courts, the land book, cadastral system and tax authorities

– Assisted a natural gas distributor and grid constructor on a variety of legal matters in connection with the client’s day-to-day business activity; rendered services cover advice on corporate matters, dispute resolution, real estate, project finance, concessions, compliance

– Assisted the leading financial services organization in Cyprus in release of a retail park from mortgage for allowing the borrower to sell a part of the assets and repay the restructured facility, including a hair-cut; project value: EUR 19 million

– Assisted Romania’s largest banking group in the process aimed at securing the loans granted to retail and corporate customers, by assessing the ownership documentation for more than 1,000 files in a period of four months and issuance of individual legal opinions for each specific case
