– Advised the Romanian subsidiary of a world leading American based chemical company with regard to the negotiation and drawing up of the lease agreement for their headquarters in Romania (Bucharest) and their subsequent amendments

– Assisted a multinational consulting, technology and management services company in the opening of an IT outsourcing center in the northern area of Romania; services rendered included preparing and negotiating the agreements regarding the lease and fit-out of the new headquarters, with a surface of over 1,500 sqm; the firm is currently assisted on matters in connection with its business activity, including corporate, contracts and employment

– Assisted one of the most active retail park developers on the Romanian market in front of the Romanian courts in various litigation cases in connection with the development and operation by the client of its retail parks – examples include debt collection, enforcement procedures, insolvency, litigation with authorities regarding the construction of the client’s projects etc

– Assisted the first Romanian hotel chain during the entire process for the acquisition of a land plot located in the center of Bucharest, for the purpose of building a hotel; project value: EUR 4.5 million

– Assisted one of the most active retail park developers on the Romanian market on the acquisition of several land plots with a total surface of approximately 12.5 ha located in Focsani, as well as on all legal matters related to the financing and development by the client of a Retail Park in Focsani, up to the opening in 2008; the total built surface of the project was of 51,588 sqm; project value: EUR 60 million
