– Assisted one of the largest international management consulting and information technology companies, in the opening and development of a Business Process Outsourcing Center in Romania and a branch for consultancy services. The firm is currently assisting this client on corporate matters related its day-to-day business activity in Romania, including on regulatory issues, rental agreements, advertising agreements, consultancy agreements, assistance in public procurement procedures, advice on private data protection etc.

– Assisted a major Romanian telecom operator before Romanian courts in a series of over 20 litigation cases regarding alleged breach of consumer protection regulations.

– Advised a part of a leading international consulting, business process, applications, and IT infrastructure provider on all legal issues pertaining to opening its Romanian subsidiary, and is currently assisting the client on corporate, contract and employment matters related to its day-to-day business activity.

– Represented the National Regulatory Authority for Communications and Information Technology in several court cases related to the interconnection tariffs between major network operators and initiated by major and regular network operators claiming either the increase or the decrease of the tariffs according to each specific interest.

– Represented the leading Romanian cable TV operator in a major court case related to the interconnection tariffs regulated by the National Regulatory Authority for Communications and Information Technology.
