– Assisted one of the largest real estate developers in Europe as seller in the sale to a French retailer of a commercial space in a retail park in Constanta developed by the client, a transaction aimed at the buyer’s developing its supermarkets network
– Assisted a Belgian universal multi-channel bank, focusing on private clients and small and medium-sized enterprises as lender in a transaction for the refinancing of the company holding a shopping center in Iasi and subsequently on the restructuring of said loan; project value: EUR 21.6 million
– Assisted an European real estate developer in complex litigation cases related to the ownership titles over multiple plots of land located in Bucharest and in agricultural areas
– Assisted one of the most active retail park developers on the Romanian market in the acquisition of approximately 3.4 hectares of land in Botosani in order to develop a retail park, as well as on aspects related to the real estate project development phase; project value: EUR 8.7 million
