– Assisted an American multinational financial services corporation on various private data legal matters, including international data transfer, private data processing, preparing the terms and conditions regarding a website for collecting personal data from individuals.
– Assisted an international law firm headquartered in London, United Kingdom on all aspects of data protection law and practice, including obtaining and updating the registration as data controller.
– Assisted a financial-banking institution, the Romanian subsidiary of a Greek Bank Group on all legal matters regarding private data processing and transfer in connection with a cloud computing project.
