– Assisted the subsidiary of a German group in all phases of the client’s merger with a railway constructor; rendered services included legal and tax assistance on preparing the merger project and filing such with the Trade Register, as well as on preparing and registering all relevant corporate and internal documentation
– Provided a multinational meat processing company with tax assistance on specific matters related to transfers of business
– Advised the transaction automation market leader in Eastern Europe and a major IT&C solution provider and developer by providing general tax and accounting assisted in connection with the company’s business activity
– Provided the Romanian subsidiary of one of the most important insurance companies in Germany with tax assistance on specific matters by request
