– Advised an administrator of a Pillar II private pension fund by providing tax and accounting assisted in connection with various matters, including preparing tax returns and financial statements, monthly accounting services, assisted in relation with the tax authorities, certification of annual return for corporate tax, group reporting

– Acted as project managers in the first merger of two banks on the Romanian market, coordinating the legal, tax and regulatory working group

– Incorporating a Romanian subsidiary of a research-driven, global, integrated pharmaceutical company headquartered in India and providing specialized advice on its day-to-day business activity; regulatory advice on pharmaceuticals products and food supplements, liaising with the national health authorities (Ministry of Health, NHIH), associations memberships, advertising restrictions; general advice on corporate matters, intellectual property, tax; assisted in debt collection procedures and litigation cases

– Assisted the Romanian division of a German global diversified retail and wholesale/cash and carry group in a litigation case amounting to approximately Euro 1,5 million initiated by one of the client’s main suppliers, also involving tax advice from our specialized consultants

– Provided the second-largest European manufacturer active on the heating technology market with tax assistance on specific matters related to its business
