– Assisted one of the world leaders in information management services in tailoring its construction framework agreements, including FIDIC, main contractor and sub-contractors agreements, project management agreement, engineering, design and site manager agreements with Romanian legislation in view of developing local storage facilities

– Assisted part of a Spanish based investment group on the negotiation and drawing up of phases II and III of the construction agreement related to the office leasing located in the center of Bucharest; project value: EUR 3.5 million

– Assisted a subsidiary of a German based telecommunications company on negotiating the agreements regarding the sub-lease and fit-out of office spaces; work rendered included obtaining all necessary corporate approvals, drafting and/or negotiating the lease agreement and the ancillary contracts for the office furnishing and fit-out, and making the necessary registrations with the Romanian authorities

– Assisted one of the most active retail park developers on the Romanian market covering several Romanian cities, in connection with the refinancing process of a retail park located in Botosani by renegotiation of terms with the financing bank

– Assisted a major IT solutions company on all legal issues pertaining to moving the company’s premises to a new office building located in the West of Bucharest by leasing in excess of 2,000 sqm office; service rendered included obtaining all necessary corporate approvals, drafting and/or negotiating the lease agreement and the ancillary contracts for the office furnishing and fit-out, and making the necessary registrations with the Romanian authorities
