– Assisted a major Flemish property investor on the acquisition of over 20 ha of land pursuant to the full due diligence investigation on all issues related to several plots located in the areas surrounding Bucharest, as well as during the negotiation and drawing up of the lease agreements with two major tenants for opening of stores/warehouses in the Shopping Cente

– Assisted the Romanian subsidiary of a medical equipment company as lessee, preparing and negotiating the office space lease agreement for the client’s headquarters

– Assisted local and multinational companies active in a variety of industries in public procurement procedures organized in the road infrastructure area (under FIDIC rules), including tender documentation analysis and preparing risk matrix for the client, assisted in preparing the offer, negotiations with sub-contractors

– Assisted one of the most active retail park developers on the Romanian market as borrower in connection with the credit facility increase from EUR 41.5 million to EUR 43 million granted for the development by the client of a retail park in Bacau; project value: EUR 1.5 million

– Assistance of the Romanian real estate subsidiary of a major European Bank in a complex project by which the client is selling approximately 500 real estate assets – including residential, industrial, commercial properties and regulated land plots and agricultural land; rendered services include conducting due diligence investigations on each individual asset, assessing ownership documentation, as well as completing the files of each asset to prepare such for sale
