– Assisted a major European airline company on performing all necessary corporate amendments and procedures in front of the Trade Registry and in relation to BVB at the beginning of its insolvency procedure
– Assisted a multi-brand automotive dealer in a series of litigation cases – including insolvency of key clients and product liability claims – preparing relevant case strategy, assisted in negotiations and in front of the courts, designing settlement structures
– Assisted an important pharmaceutical company in various litigation cases regarding the protection of the intellectual property rights, as well as assisted in connection with the enforcement procedure and the attempted acquisition of several pharmacies
– Assisted one of the most important insurance companies in Romania on a series of competition legal matters, including advice including assisted in investigations conducted by the Romanian Competition Council
